This recipe should be for about 500g pork ribs
1 tablespoon Chinese Cooking Wine
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons rice/black vinegar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons water
Pressure Cooke - 20 minutes
Philips 2137 - Steam/Stew mode
Note : You can add 1 head of garlic and fry with the pork at the end
